Job Title : HR Specialist II

Location : Onsite - Hybrid Lake County, IL, 60064

Contract : 6-12 months (desire to have someone FTE long-term)

Job Details : HR Compliance and Governance Specialist will provide versatile support to various HR Operations initiatives and serve as a trusted resource for the team.

2-4 years of experience

• Support HR Operations initiatives / processes related to employee data related inquiries in support of the business
• Provide support for Audit intake process - this person will support audits globally (Statutory audits; financial; SOX audit - when there is a need for payroll or demographic data).
• Ability to analyze and review inquiries received by the compliance organization; determine data needed and understand the sensitive nature of the information being requested and shared
• Previous HR, Payroll or Talent Acquisition experience required
• Workday experience is a significant plus - in this role contractors will be pulling reports, reviewing the data and analyzing information requests that are received from the business).
• The ideal candidate will have experience with HR systems and a strong understanding of how to run reports, organize and analyze HR data.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Project management or business experience a plus
• Significant breadth of understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business.

Education : Bachelor's Degree
